Settlements Report

Published in July, October, and January, the month after the conclusion of quarters 2, 3, and 4. This report provides detailed, up-to-date summaries of hundreds of negotiated wage and fringe benefits increases covering hundreds of thousands of construction union workers throughout the United States. Data are categorized in a variety of ways, including by craft, geographic region, and year and show both cost and percent increase amounts. Historic trends and already negotiated future increases are also presented. This report is a must for any party preparing for wage negotiations or planning a construction project.

Union Labor Costs In Construction

Published annually in April, after the first quarter of the year. This report is a useful companion to the Settlements Reports. Based on the extensive CLRC databases, the report shows the actual average total package rates for union labor costs in construction. Results are summarized by craft, geographic region and year. Additional tables illustrate how increases were distributed by dollar amount and percent. Historic data are shown along with already negotiated future increases.
